We will always do our best to solve any problems that may arise.
You can return products to us and we will issue you with a store credit. Please take note that delivery costs can unfortunately not be credited as these are costs that cannot be reimbursed to us by the courier company.

Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after receiving your parcel.

Item(s) must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused condition with the swing tickets still attached.

Item(s) must be free of odors, defects, stains, or any signs that the item has been worn, used, or altered in any way.

Regrettably, we cannot exchange/credit swimwear, earrings, accessories, or sale items.

The purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be credited to you once we have received the returned item/s back and confirmed that it meets the conditions above. Returns are at the customer's expense.
WAVE Jewellery – Care & Warranty
Please note that WAVE by Bohogirl jewellery is made from premium 316L stainless steel and is designed to be waterproof and hypoallergenic.
- Tarnish-resistant (will not turn skin green/black), however natural colour fading over time may occur
- If your item experiences unexpected colour loss, we will gladly offer a replacement or store voucher
Breakage Policy:
- A 14-day warranty applies to manufacturing faults only
- Breakages due to pulling, bending, scratches, or daily wear are considered wear & tear and are not covered
- Clasps, jump rings, extenders, and third-party repairs are excluded
After 14 days, all damage is considered wear & tear.
Please note:
All items are inspected before dispatch. By completing your purchase, you confirm the item is in good condition. Jewellery is delicate and no warranty applies to lost, stolen, or misuse-related damage.
